oi, i know you posted this LONG TIME AGO, but do you know of an eroge wehre a main character has blue eyes black hair where the upper part of a suit but instead of pants, a skirt? and she has some sort of injury. no idea if its an eroge or visual novel, all i remember was that it has a nice opening song i like and also nice art. and i think it has the word black in it...not sure though

Every single VN on the PS2/Xbox360 isn't hentai, and there are HUNDREDS of those games. Popular VNs that were once hentai on the PC usually get an all-ages version on the PS2.
Anyway, I don't see the problem with hentai scenes since some games barely have any that it shouldn't be an issue.
But if you want something really story based, try Umineko.
Use wikipedia and search "VISUAL NOVEL" since it will take too long for me to explain, but I guess you could say they are like books with pictures, except with anime-styled characters.
It's a shame most people don't even know what a VN is, since a lot of popular anime and manga are based on a VN, such as higurashi, shuffle, ect.

Also, I should note that many VNs are about the story and not the sex scenes.
ADV games are in a different format from VNs and usually focus on a script-like format such as-
(character name) : (text of character dailogue)
But VNs are written exactly like books, so it's hard to put in many sex scenes because it would require writing prose, which isn't easy at all.
