Old videos were sooo much better than today's ones. More simple, but so awesome, well directed and sometimes with a meaning (like this one). They had that "something" that actual videos don't have.
as a youth never had interactions with gay life, just loved it for what is was......a great tune........now being older,and having more education in life, I know its a special track up there in my top 10 xx

I identify so much with this in my own way. Sexuality issues as a youth. Desperately isolated and alone . It still reminds me of a desperately lonely period when i survived and got by. Living in squats at 14 and fending for myself. It made me the successfull survivor i am today and the hard times were all worth it. Pain taught me empathy compassion and understnding at a depth i never thought was possible. I am proud of who i am today and so can we all be if we never give up.

@jacumbia If everyone was perfect it would make for a very boring world indeed. There is only one judge and that is the person you have made yourself. The best part is you have to live with yourself and the world you have made. Anyone can make their own Hell or Heaven on Earth. Its choice and some choose hell and imolate themselves in sweet self hate. Others accept and love others in wonderful self created haven. Living your own life and accepting others is a great start to paradise.

the song is completely sick but it's a heavy video. thankfully gay people are more accepted today, although it's still hard I'm sure. I won't say I know how it feels because I just don't and it would be patronising to pretend I do.

Israel wants permanent conflict, as it provides it with an excuse to keep stealing land - that's why it doesn't care that bombing civilians will never bring about any lasting peace.

I remember this song, My wife and I were in High school. Some reason we dont remember what the vid ment at the time. Now it seems sad and very wrong. No parent should turn their back on their child. Nobody should be beaten because of their sexuality. Being Gay is being yourself and nobody has the right to tell you, you cannot be you. Bronski Beat, Really a social editorial for the time. Intolerence is a sad angry face to put on. I hope we all do better and deal with others with respect.

@Machil77 Right is right. A person is just that, a person. We can choose to like them or not. But sexuality should never come in to the equation. Respecting a person with their thoughts and opinions and just the person they are is far more important. I find we make more friends with that thought, More so we have many long term friends then fair weather friends. We are not always liked by our opinions, but we stick by them.
We both have to live with ourselves, We do that very well our way.

If we could have had a child we would have respected their choice first and always loved them as our child first. Everyone is and entitled to their own thought and choice in life.
