Go up on the bike lane on the 59th St Bridge, They had a sheet of ice on most of the road for 3 days.
Then they come and put tons of salt, so much that's it's instantly rusting the bridge, which they are painting to get rid of the rust!
So much salt that the black road is totally white from salt, not snow, huge mounds of it. Way too much, too late. i went down on my bike and hurt my knee again.
