High quality mandolin for $397 the list is something like $499 so I got one imported to the UK! The owner Steve sets each one personally and hes a proffesional luthier check him out!

And I am completely self taught, I started playing because my band wanted to try it on a song we wrote, so a friend let me borrow it and I picked it up really quick. Its really easy, the strings from the bottom, closer to the floor, to the top, are EADG, first four strings of a guitar, but obviously each one is doubled. I love it, they have great sounds but I need to buy my own sometime.
