Zebrafish Wild Type Heart

Hey, How did you stabilize the zebrafish without affecting the heart rate?

These fish are about 48 hours old, so they don't move around that much, so it's all about sitting there and being patient.

For older fish, we use an anesthetic called MESAB which doesn't affect heart rates.
