hmmm best mod i saw not because of all the light but because you cut static from the lm386 .. so it look like direct wire to the speaker .. how did you do this mister ... because me i change all the led in the psp i got plus the 2 triger in direct cnnection but i would like to do the ring on the door .. already did the ring but i am testing first and i did not like the lm 386 effect but yours is kool ... did you done it .. got any schematic for it ..

:S They are LED which barely use any electricity anyhow - so I don't see why so many people are always saying what a waste of battery, that' silly! Since I have modded my PSP I have noticed no difference as far as battery life is concerned. And if battery life is a major issue (which it shouldn't be, since you won't notice a difference anyhow), then perhaps just buy an extended life battery for like $10 on eBay. Even with the rumble feature put in my psp batt life still rocks on OEM batt.
