all right people let me set the record straight, the chimera are not biological weaponary gone wrong (nor does the storyline make referance to Albert. the chimeran beginning coincides with the tunguska event (comet impact in russia) the chimera use a mutagenic virus to replenish their losses and create extra troops. Plus in the story line it becomes obvious to the humans that the chimera are extraterrestrial in origin (energy weapons etc.).
what about the cloven, when the chimera take over the asia and russia they were said the cloven put up a fight but ended up still infected but not fully, they have bad problems with humans but then again hate the chimera? there physcho russians, but they helplead chimera to america? who side they on? do u kno how to get cloven skin ?, lol
i prefer my ps3 controllers over my 360 controllers prob just because ive played the ps longer but to tell the truth i dont give a crap if the controller is uncomfortable or not as long as its a fun game
the only thing that I don't like is that the guns that the Humans use are not real guns like m4, ak-47, g36, famas... and the vehicles are not real either.

I kinda have a problem that the photos at the start are modern era, and the game is around the time of WWII. If you just fixed the start of it with older photos, it would be perfect.

Although I applaud you for your work as this was made only shortly after E3 2006, where little to no information was available about the chimera.

resistance is definitly aimed towards halo more than gears of war although the gameplay in gears is closer to resistance i think sony went after halo with resistance its stilla great game but it doesnt touch halo
sorry but Gears of War beats this hands down. Resistance is good but theres so many copied elements...err, the story perhaps? And Gears is far more cinematic and realistic. Nice try Sony its good, but there will be better.
it isn't really much like halo. i have the game and halo. in my opinion, i find resistance more fun than halo. that's my opinion though, and no gow doesn't OWN resistance that much. they're very different, ones and fps and another is a tps.
as i said...gears is very different than resistance. not to mention, if you want a scarier game, choose resistance. my first times playing, there are some levels in resistance that are kinda creepy. take the level "Cheshire" for example...dark level with no one else by your side, plus the encounter of disturbing chimera folk there. like gray jacks, howlers (the howler part in this lvl is very dark), and the slipskulls.

yeah this game is good online play up to 40 players and,The game is said to run locked at 30 frames per second, offline and online, no matter what happens in-game. It is also said to have no lag even while playing the 40 player online.

Yeah, I used footage from a lot of other games to put together a story prediction trailer. At the time I made this there was really only like 3-5 clips of Resistance: Fall of Man.
But it seems that it has hurt the overrall score of my video because a ton of people have disconnected from it because I used other video game clips.
In my new Resistance: Fall of Man video i am making it will all just be clips from RFOM. :)

Theres no question about it, in every single review, Gears of War scored much higher, from every player review, Gears of War scored much higher. Resistances' reviews were basically 'fun but not original' because its COD but with aliens instead of Nazi's. Gears got better sales, more online games played, better storyline, multiplayer, etc. Just an all round better experience, stuck with some old stuff while being very innovative at the same time. Graphics, Gears wins by a HUGE margin.

yeah this game is good online play up to 40 players and,The game is said to run locked at 30 frames per second, offline and online, no matter what happens in-game. It is also said to have no lag even while playing the 40 player online.

Yeah well just looking at it and forming an opinion will get you no where. What is the famous saying "Never judge a book by its cover." you fail to apply that in real life. I suggest you do and play this game whenever you get a chance and you will see that it offers more than the above you have just stated. You will find this game exceeds what most games can't deliever and that is an amazing experience.

Yeah, I used footage from a lot of other games to put together a story prediction trailer. At the time I made this there was really only like 3-5 clips of Resistance: Fall of Man.
But it seems that it has hurt the overrall score of my video because a ton of people have disconnected from it because I used other video game clips.
In my new Resistance: Fall of Man video i am making it will all just be clips from RFOM. :)

Both Gears and Resistance are great, but I think overall Gears is better because of its gameplay. That's not to say that Resistance is good too though.

Theres no question about it, in every single review, Gears of War scored much higher, from every player review, Gears of War scored much higher. Resistances' reviews were basically 'fun but not original' because its COD but with aliens instead of Nazi's. Gears got better sales, more online games played, better storyline, multiplayer, etc. Just an all round better experience, stuck with some old stuff while being very innovative at the same time. Graphics, Gears wins by a HUGE margin.

I was disapointed with the graphics in resistance, as games like Gears of War look way better, almost 2x better in some cases (Play the Underground levels with the Imulsion on GoW to see what I mean, holy cow wow it looks amazing)
