Yes I understand the difference. People with AIDS are physically ill because their immune system has been compromised by HIV. People with HIV don't manifest any indication of illness and appear to be healthy so they continue to have sex with others and spread the virus.

Condoms are a FRAUD! There is no way they are adequate to protect people consistantly. Where else would you rely on a thin piece of rubber to protect your life? Condoms are as big of a fraud as cigarette filters were. We have various people who rely on sex as a source of profit who are trying to protect the culture of promiscuity that was created in the 60s. They promote condom delusion as a trick to keep people from seeing the need to restore a reasonable sense of chastity.
@VictorLepanto What you say is correct in a literal sense, in that condoms do have a 10% failure ratio. But what this means is that if you only have sex with those who themselves use condoms having sex with others, then you are getting 10% of 10% which is a 1% failure ratio. And so on and so on.
Although this is a slightly simplistic model of the situation, the maths shows that for multiple sexual encounters among a large group, the risks are very low.
@neil9327: No! That is completely delusional. You can't assume that everyone else is using condoms. All you KNOW is that you are using one at a certain moment. Then you don't know if there are microscopic tears & gaps in the material. You don't know if contaminated fluids have gotten onto the general pubic region. Your 10% is only the occurance of pregnancy, not prevention of fluid transmission. Not every unprotected act results in pregnancy, so 10% pregnancy rates prove NOTHING.
Modern condom manufacture is done to very high standards, and it is extremely unlikely that there will be tears or gaps in the material. The 10% failure rate they have is as a result of improper use, not failures of the condoms in and of themselves.
As for others you can generally pick up their attitude (and by implication the attitude of their own partners) about condom use from what they say about condoms; I always avoid anyone who even talks about sex without condoms.
@neil9327: What does this mean: "very high standards?" As compared to what? What they used to do, party balloons? Are manufactured to the standard of surgical gloves? Your 10% figure seems to be based on incidents of pregnancy following condom use. Only a fraction of unprotected sex acts result in pregnancy, so this proves nothing about failure rates. Any fluids passing between sex partners is a failure. I know of NO research on this issue. Bacteria & viruses are smaller then sperm.

The CDC created a definition for "AIDS" in Africa called the Bangui Definition in 1985. This definition is still used today since HIV testing is not required for "AIDS" in Africa. There are currently over a dozen different defintions for "AIDS" that are inconsistent with current HIV theory of AIDS.

But these performers must assess to their own morals of whether or not it's right to be having sex with someone they don't know. @ReignbowSmite - From a moral standpoint, yes, a company should do everything they can to protect their employees. AIM, is the industry standard and is a non-profit organization. So they get credit there.
However, the gov't cannot simply demand certain practices because it always results in the arbitrary. The current demand is 'bareback' for the consumer. I actually don't mind condoms on the actors.. but these performers still contract disease when giving hj's and bj's..

Condoms are a FRAUD! There is no way they are adequate to protect people consistantly. Where else would you rely on a thin piece of rubber to protect your life? Condoms are as big of a fraud as cigarette filters were. We have various people who rely on sex as a source of profit who are trying to protect the culture of promiscuity that was created in the 60s. They promote condom delusion as a trick to keep people from seeing the need to restore a reasonable sense of chastity.

@VictorLepanto What you say is correct in a literal sense, in that condoms do have a 10% failure ratio. But what this means is that if you only have sex with those who themselves use condoms having sex with others, then you are getting 10% of 10% which is a 1% failure ratio. And so on and so on.
Although this is a slightly simplistic model of the situation, the maths shows that for multiple sexual encounters among a large group, the risks are very low.

Then you don't know if there are microscopic tears & gaps in the material. You don't know if contaminated fluids have gotten onto the general pubic region. Your 10% is only the occurance of pregnancy, not prevention of fluid transmission. Not every unprotected act results in pregnancy, so 10% pregnancy rates prove NOTHING.

Modern condom manufacture is done to very high standards, and it is extremely unlikely that there will be tears or gaps in the material. The 10% failure rate they have is as a result of improper use, not failures of the condoms in and of themselves.
As for others you can generally pick up their attitude (and by implication the attitude of their own partners) about condom use from what they say about condoms; I always avoid anyone who even talks about sex without condoms.

Your 10% figure seems to be based on incidents of pregnancy following condom use. Only a fraction of unprotected sex acts result in pregnancy, so this proves nothing about failure rates. Any fluids passing between sex partners is a failure. I know of NO research on this issue. Bacteria & viruses are smaller then sperm.

I would say that is pretty comprehensive quality control.

I am talking about microscopic movement of water through a membrane, which will also continually transmit viral & bacterial loads as well. Mere visible inspections & water & air burst test don't address this. Fill a water balloon, let it sit for a month. It will deflate over time. This doesn't address friction or pubic regions not covered.
