Jessie was called in for interviewing and then let go as he was not suspected in the crime. They thought it was a gang related matter since Cecil belonged to a gang, "Gangster Disciples", and that Cecil had mentioned he felt people were out to get him (possibly over a massive debt he owed over drugs)....but it was gang related. His own brother killed them, and was convicted when they interviewed a 9 yo survivor, in the hospital, who said "Junior" stabbed him...BUSTED!!

Just saw this story on A&E "First 48". The man who lived at the house (Cecil) got into an argument with his brother, Jessie Dotson (aka Junior), who had just got released from prison where he served 14 years for 2nd degree murder. They arrived back at Cecil's house where Cecil's gf, and another couple who were friends, along with 5 children (4 were Cecils), were all at the house. Jessie killed all 4 adults in the living room with a shotgun and then killed 2 kids, and wounded 3...Unreal!

During the funeral people were smoking blunts and drinking in the parking lot. It was a circus, as is everything in Memphis

the only sad part about this is the children who were murdered... the "adults" were nothing more than scum of the earth who got what there lifestyle brought onto them. now let someone defend the gang bangers. pls put me in my place.
