  • Good show

  • BTW I think you are right!

  • the earth doesnt move itself around you, the earth moves and changes because the earth moves and changes. we arent progressing, we are regressing. we are losing our world knowledge.

  • @bbgb69420 YEs world knowledge is lost time and time again. But it is time to gain it back. Maybe cosmologies keep interchanging. It's all a big mystery. We do not know the mindset of Ancient civilization. We can only speculate/

  • I believe their was a number of major ghettos at the time of Atlantis that guarded a very advanced civilization.

Poseidon was the king of the main ghetto and I believe this was destroyed over ten thousand years ago when the straights of Gibraltar broke threw.

The original moors and similar groups of north Africans as well as Iberians and Brits and other west coast people are all descended from Atlanteans,In my opinion.

  • @gogogeedus This sounds ridiculous. But there may have been "ghettos" there.

Originial moors? I thought they came from north africa. after the time of Muhammed.

Gibraltar? Have you heard of the expanding Earth theory?

  • @MysterEy1 Yes I have heard of the expanding earth theory and the guy that first conceived the idea was a man called Samuel Carey from Australia he was also the first to use the expression plate tectonics.I have actually came up with a theory myself on magma that fits into the growing earth theory. I think the growing earth theory has a lot of Merritt.

I'm not talking about modern day interpretations of the word ghetto,I believe there was a root word for words like ghetto and garden-

  • @MysterEy1 -this root word i believe came from Atlantis which I believe was located were the straights of Gibraltar are know, this words influence can be see today in western european words, words like guard, ghetto, garden, wagon, cart, garth, get, vagt, war, weir, ward, haig, and the list goes on and It would take me to long to explain to you how they are all connected, but in a nut shell they are related through the practice of guarding,a weir is deference against water, etc. I don't know the-

  • @MysterEy1 -actual word but I think it may have been get or ged, as in target, and target is what Plato was describing when he talked of the concentric rings of Atlantis,so in my opinion the main city of Atlantis was a defensive or guarded area perhaps and very likely against the sea or nature, in effect the whole west coast of europe was part of atlatis but the fact that the sea level has risen so much in the past 12000 years means that the evidence for it is in the ocean.

  • @MysterEy1 I think that the Atlantean people survived on sea food and that part of there territory was the English channel which was starting to flood at the time of Altlantis so they had an abundance of sea food that they were able to trap in weirs,I believe they developed a maritime culture to adapt to their changing world,It is also possible in my opinion that the sea levels will drop again in the future when the next ice age strikes.

  • @MysterEy1 As I explained to you the source word or root word for ghetto, guard, garden, all those get words or guard words comes from Atlantis,The real link to the word is the word target as I said previously, but also the name of Poseidon's second son was Gadeiros so you would have to join the dots and make the connection between Gadeiros,Gades, modern day Cadiz and the get and guard group of words and names, thus connecting modern western European culture to the oldest civilization.

  • @gogogeedus Alright i did not know that. That is fascinating. Linguistics is rich in connections, to be deciphered.

  • @gogogeedus Hi this is interesting where did you find this info from

  • @TheRedAnthem All of this info was either sourced of the net or a lot of the info relating to Briton and early European history was from a book called the origins of the British by Stephen Oppenheimer, that is a very informative book b,t,w, especially if you have British ancestors, one guy who talks about pre Plato writings of Atlantis talks of ancient Sanskrit legends that are very similar to the Plato story also there is an ancient phonetician story along the same lines,also-

  • @gogogeedus Oh thank you for the lead, I've been trying to acquire more information on Atlantis.

  • @TheRedAnthem -there are hieroglyphics in Egypt that have been interpreted to refer to the same place,I will post some interesting sites for you to take a look at,

  • @gogogeedus That is fascinating.. BTW the field of Egyptology is rife with lies and inaccuracies. But that is just the market in ancient histories and tourism.

  • @MysterEy1 I don't know about that,But my opinion is that the time scale in Plato's story fits with what we know about climate change and global sea levels since the last glacial maximus,or last coldest period in the earths history, but you also have to take into account that the earth is in a constant state of flux so when you take these things into account and words and symbols and there connections you must start to accept as being possible,

  • @MysterEy1 You know u don't have to be a psychedelic hippy from the sixties to believe that Atlantis was a real place and look at the names of the British and western Europeans they all have a connection to the area, and each other, its as plain as the nose on you face, but some people would rather deny truth and reality and replace it with an alternative,But I don't think you can suppress things like this indefinitely and the net is a good tool for joining all the dots.

  • @MysterEy1 I think today is a time built on lies and inaccuracies also disinformation is a weapon that is used for mass destruction as much as bombs, and the motivation for this is greed, power and influence,

I don't know if ancient people had the same motivation to lie or whether they had that level of complexity of thought, who knows all I know is that a lot of western European history is still to be discovered from the ocean floor

  • I thing Plato was describing places that existed on the west cost of Africa and Europe, places that still exist today, such as the wall of Benin and Stone henge and Wood henge. These place were the original ghettos, gardens or gated societies.

so sober up and get with the program.

  • Best series you've done on the Mysteries of our world!

  • I believe that Atlantis was a real historical place, but I don't believe in Socrates.

  • @stryngtheory Socrates wasn't real? Okay I don't mind that. What about Plato? What about Aristotle?

  • @ISOMysterEy I believe in Plato and Aristotle. Just take what they said for what its worth.

  • @stryngtheory Plato is said to have taught Aristotle.

  • @stryngtheory why not socrates?

  • @vivatamar Socrates was a character made up by Plato for when he was losing an argument. Plato'd get backed in a philoposhical corner (which are the worst kind of corner) and all he had to do was say "Well Socrates said..." Try it sometime, still works.

Plato got out of a lot of hot water with that one... even helped him get laid.

  • @stryngtheory OK so you totally deny Socrates existence. idk I think he is a very plausible historical figure.

  • @MysterEy1

Dig this: Socrates was to represent a Messiah figure at the time, the archetype of the sun as illuminating human reason. And of course, such a character should be sentenced to death for such a crime. And of course, although escape was possible, Socrates was noble enough to pay his life so that his story could be told to young lovers of wisdom today as inspiration.

Sound familiar? Remind you of anyone?

  • @stryngtheory well Socrates is kinda saviour like, he was wise and yes he was sacrificed. but if we look for parallels we can find many. That is the primary reason to research archetypal cycles.

Now have you been watching too much of the movie "God who wasn' there"?

  • @MysterEy1

Never heard of that film. Although from the title I can only assume its just another John Hughs "coming of age" movie. Nothing against John Hughs though, I really liked Sixteen Candles... ..."automobile..."

But all seriousness aside, I don't mean any disrespect by suggesting that Socrates is a myth, Its actually quite a compliment. What archetypes ressonate most clearly with the myth of Socrates? Plato too? These are important questions. How 'bout you? Vlog? .

  • @stryngtheory Actually it is not a coming of age movie at all. It is a radical atheist documentary.

Im not offended at all about Socrates. I don't have any emotional attachment to viewer's beliefs. I am here to discuss and later on, to invite. But on the discussion level I am open-minded.

...Archetypes related to socrates, plato, perhaps!
