This version was like a procession of melismas and the melismas became more important than the song, sadly. There is another video of a younger Stevie singing this beautifully, lots of riffs but all in their right place, that's how I expect THE Stevie to sing it. Unfortunately, these days the line between fandom and fanboism has been blurred.
