this whole trailer screams guild wars 2 manifeso trailer. i'm actually quite curious about the gameplay here. i've never played an mmo that had a modern feeling to it, so it could be interesting. though, the monthly subcription fee is a bit of a turn off. meh well, i hope this game does well when its released.

Of course...the initial trailer pulled a trojan horse on everyone making it "seem" awesome. Then the actual gameplay of course ends up being a huge 180. This "looked" to have such great potential but the developers seriously dropped the ball in even considering that an mmo is gonna hold its breath in an ever expanding sea of pure FPS's. I can respect that they are "trying" to think outside the box but this is no longer on my radar for upcoming games to buy. Economy sucks dont it?

I didn't see a SINGLE identifiable monster. No dragons, no harpies, no sewer rats or giant spiders. Someone's monster design department deserves a SERIOUS Christmas bonus, and a nice vacation to the Bahama's. I'm entranced at the amazing level of detail and body language, especially for the more spectral looking mobs. This game has been flying under the radar from a weird lack of publicity. We'll see how it flies when it hits the spotlight, but it looks promising...

1) Hunters with FOCUS?! I Don't need to relearn my class thank you blizzard.

2) Paladins > Warriors as tank?!

3) Passive mobs in starter zones. Its a 12+ game, not 2+, we aren't going to go off in a tantrum if we die.

4) As long as you have a person with "5k+ gearscore" you can pretty much let them do all the work in dungeons. You can't fail.

Blizzard. Killed. WoW.

Warcraft will not "rip this game", it already ripped itself.
