@yourdearmirror  i think he meant "spiritual experiences" do not mean anything they are just illusions your brain creates.

I think progress is doing more stuff u love. Balancing your life better. Look after your heart, when you do something u hate or are suddenly pulled away from something u love u experience heart ache. Do stuff u love to do, that makes u alive and more present, more conscience of your surroundings.

If you define "illusion" to be something that not have any existence, then how can nothing talk about something. I know that nothing in this relative world is illusion as everything is a creation of the divine. Stephens words are an intellectual extravagance, and it is very defective for human mind to go in to that sort of teaching.

Spiritual realization and experience is the hope people have to trust, when everything else is full of the same confusion like Stephen

The "I" WHICH YOU ARE Referencing can be a witness to that spiritual experience where a state of 'I' LessNess Occurred A State of timelessness occurred, But After 'I' Coming back into picture (otherwise there is no point of recollecting nor interpretation nor reference nor witness) we can claim the progress of 'I' as a witness and the same habit of Witness or THIRD Party attitude continues, the 'I' can say it has an 'I' Less Experience and can be connected to that 'I' LessNess Inspite of 'I' ...

we are in illusion but this 'mind' can go beyond and perceive that there is a real truth...that is a diamond can only cut another diamond, so through this 'mind' finding itself detached from the 'I',..The 'I' can successfully witness it's own 'Mind', Hence the Spirituality and the scriptures sayings become real and this 'I' becomes That...Tat vam Asi...Aham Brahma Asmi...'Practically' Shiva Aham...It can Only happen PRACTICALLY...In the Inner Being...

but who are you to judge? I guess you can make millions of dollars by "detecting" who is and who is not enlightened. According to you, Sir, you can almost be compared as the Absolute (the most ingenious wisdom) by knowing every person, and every person's heart.
