the gas tax is 18.4 cents per gallon (a very small part of the price of gas) and it is used to sustain the quality of the nation's highways. So McCain wants to cut the small portion of the price of gas that goes back into the American economy and leave the part that goes to Saudi Arabia and the middle east? Why?
