Warhammer 40,000 Castle Tactics (Grey Knights)

About a week ago I challenged my friend. I had 4 Palidins and an Apocothary and a 600 point Raven Guard army. My Palidins wiped out basicly his army excepped his Archon. Which he killed off my palidins.

Grandmaster is always needed in any grey knight army.. without it no slaying outright

Games work shop would not get rid of Grey knight thay have been around for years thay are working on a new codex this year fingers crossed

ALL THOSE GREY KNIGHTS FIT IN ONLY 1750 POINTS??? wow. 2 dreadnoughts are already like, a quarter of that and along with Terminators and a Land Raider?! I think I see why you don't field a Grand Master now....

You can fit 3 squads of termis, 3 land raiders, 2 squads of stormtroopers and an inq lord @ 1750...

i believe their bringing a new codex out for daemon hunters in august, i hope so, i like the inquisition. Even as a guard and blood angels player.

@Quagmire1174 I have no idea how gw intend to do GK they could pritty much kill these vids by getting rid of all options and making them Shinny Ultramarines with stormbolters. Also if it will be Gray Knights or an joint codex. It should be Gray Knights seeing they where made before Ordo Mallus I think.

One thing I've found somewhat successful is cycling my troops from the lead to the back. When a GK squad takes too much of a beating from shooting and runs low on model count and my LR is unavailable, I pull them back and have one of my other two take their spot. This will hopefully allow constant shooting, and at times it may be better to just move only one squad to maintain Psycannon range. Another thing is if you are about to be assaulted, take some wounds on psycans/incins. Keep NFW for CC.
