  • The lee classic loader only neck sizes the case neck so there is no need to lube the case. The lee clasic rifle loader is intended for single shot or bolt firearm (pumps and semi auto should be full lenth resized )Also the lee classic loader is only for reloading brass fired from your gun-brass not fired from your gun will may not feed correctly as the brass expands to your exact chamber size and all firearms are slightly different crimping is not needed for bolt and single shots

  • no need to crimp after seading bullet?

  • @TheLongrin Not really in a box magazine.

  • @Gungeek coolo thanks alot me and a freind have been argueing about lee loaders for a while

  • awesome video! thought you were going to start talking about harry potter...no offense i look like a nerd too, nerd.

  • @GIDAN2987 dont have to lube it with the lee loader, if you do it correctly they wont get stuck, i reloaded 100 rounds with mine yesterday and had no problem with sticking rounds

  • Do you have to lube the case before hammering it into place?

  • Nope

  • I bought one for my AR-15 will it be good for that? Where do you buy your loading supplies from?

  • Not sure if necksizing only with cut it in the AR.

  • does it have a gas check cap maker in that kit. or is that something you got to buy?

  • @arkansasbagpiper Not sure I understand your question.

  • I own 2 Mosin Negants, I am trying learn how to reload. All the videos Keep presenting on either buying or making gas check caps, I was wondering if the Lee kit had a tool for making those. Lee sells a kit for 7.62x54R but since I am just learning, and gathering Info I'm just trying to put things together. Thanks for any help.

  • I think gas checks are in the bullet but no this kit does not make them. You would make those if you were casting your own bullets. Or i guess buy them from a manufacturer.

  • why is this reloader no good if you are reloading for a lever action?

  • Most lever guns like the brass to be full length sized and the LEE loader only neck sizes.

  • Will it straighten out a dinged neck? Does it resize the taper?

  • No and no...

  • Is there a way to make a out of round neck round without using a full length resizing die?

  • What happens if you seat the bullet to low into the shell? I want to start reloading but the whole idea kinda scares me since I don't know too much about it....But then again .303 is something like 23.00USD for 20 rounds so reloading needs to be done and surplus is just crap.

  • If your load is close to max and you seat the bullet to deep you can get higher pressure.

  • how safe is it

  • very safe if you do it right.

  • What is the cheapest way to reload .40s&w? I'm not looking at huge volume, just cheap target loads.

  • would u recomend that model?

  • This would be great for Match rounds. I wonder if they have 7.62x54R...

  • There is a lee loader for 7.62x54R...

  • good info, thanks

  • Be nice if you showed us a video of you reloading something with that thing.

  • i do...

  • Thanks for sharing this information. Just what I was looking for.

  • Do you have a lee loader in 9mm? I am wondering how well they work?

  • A steal at $24 for the .45-70

  • I have been reloading for a while and have never messed around with the Lee loader. Thank you for making the video as I have always wondered how they actually work.

  • I do not care what anyone says I like your videos. Folks can learn a lot by watching them

  • thx

  • You talk and seem a bit like bubbles from trailer park boys
