the tip is slow not the painter , i use 623 sometimes 725 for laytex on new housing i have 2 titan 640 impact both lowrider carts which are easy to wrap 100 foot of hose around,
the dry lining is inferior to plastered walls so would need 2 coats 1st spray 2nd 15" roller not 18" like the retard mentioned above ,
apart from the small tip used which is a beginner 1221 the paint to the floors is a problem apart from that ok ,
I think it came out good and it's the fastes way to paint a wall anyways. Business rule time is money and in this business their is no time to spair. Good job kid!
I can't see anything wrong with how you spray sealer.. thats how I do it here in lil ol New Zealand. I havn't seen any women spraying on You Tube, I might have to be the first one lol. People will always pick at your style no matter what you do, just means your good and they are jealous! Also to the guy who said it uses too much paint, thats the client's problem they pay for it and if it gets the job done faster with a better finish then it's worth it I reckon :)
Your hired. I'll even throw in a spray wand to make your job a little easier. You really get no paper roughness without back rolling? If not, I'm stealing your technique
lol what grit of sand paper do you use on the primer 50 grit
heres a tip for you take it or leave it. never ever spray the primer on your ceilings first second tip never spray directly on the drywall unless you dust all the walls of first. how long would that take. if you want to paint that wall in a minute and 30 seconds try using an 18" roller it will paint 100 sqft room with finished ceilings in 6 minutes without busting a sweat try it out you might even save money on buying less paint
@kaskrew99 after i spray the first coat , i use worn down 80 grit paper on a full circle 360 sander{after 24 hours. if you pay attention to distance the tip is from the surface youll notice i fire quite close compared to others. this in combination with a heavy bodied primer reduced 5 to 7 percent w clean water can almost eliminate any burring or ruffing of the paper. i run my machine at max pressure with a 1221 tip I DO TRIGGER MY GUN TURN UP YOUR VOLUME AND LISTEN !
i use airless sprayers for out door work, mostly decks and homes, i am not sure on interior use, i see you do a great job and quick, but how are you controlling over spray and if you are painting 2 colors what is your procedure...
