This is a good reminder that health should be our goal. Too many women are obsessed with losing weight, when really the focus should be on being healthy.
Aw.. sorry about that. Really, I watch what I eat actually as well as Jes, too since we both worried about trying to stay health as much as possible. Of course, it's not easy because then I'd lose some weights. LOL Oh well, it sucks.
