He said they throw the heavy bags around, knocking the wheels off, on purpose. I guess to "get back" at the people who check overweight bags. Overall, the airlines have no reason to open anyone's luggage and take it out. Where things get broken, stolen and missing are through the TSA. They open your luggage and when they shuffle things around, they cram it back into your luggage and sometimes you end up with other people's stuff. But they are protected from being at fault because they are the US government. You may want to rethink your argument so you don't look so ignorant.
Well, it shows your level in society. If you think that any of the other airlines have not broken anyone's property/luggage, then you are ignorant. And then how do you compare a commuter airline to an international airline? You can't fly Southwest overseas!
