I've done rugby and cycling. Falling and tackling doesn't hurt if you don't get an injury. It is just an adrenaline rush and you go down regularly as part of the sport. Even injuries teach us to kill the pain by histamine excretion and will. Cycling crash makes pain for just a moment and we get up and drive anyway.
The man in the video didn't have an injury and as I pointed out at first, that little pain does not matter. We cyclists don't start to cry and demand consolation when that happens. I've crashed many times, and in rugby I can't remember how many.
What a horrible way to start

It doesn't hurt us. Managing pain is easy with histamine and experience. Contact sports is worse than than.

Try breaking a collarbone, then speak. Cycling might not be a contact sport, but it puts your body through the wringer.

I think adrenaline may have a factor in the pain management too. I've crashed, too. Only once without true injury.
