Also, did you enlarge the sprite images yourself? AKA the small Kyle in a HUGE white space image. I doubt you downloaded them like that... But if you did them yourself, then damn, must've tooken you ages. Or is there amy quick tips?

And the sprite re-positioning is the most time-consuming process IMO!

I still don't see why everyone uses underscores, they make it slower when typing the name in code, and same with capitol letters.

hmm. Sounds cool for a bit of a laugh. But im curious, how far can u go with this game.. i got no games at the minute worth playing and this would be a cool little project to work on. The thing is could i make a game with this program thats as fast pace and in ur face as diablo 2(classic game in my oppinion) or would i need something more comlex?

u cant use gamemaker for that.

you can essentially use gamemaker to make almost all sorts of games, it just depends on the skill of the developer.

if you want to make quality 3d games however i wouldnt recommend gm as it has poor 3d support

at the very bottom of the room, LEFT HAND CORNER. theres a thing called deleter underlining unclick that and it should work

I see. I know what the mistake is that you make. When your editing the room, and are in the "objects" tab, then you can choose: V Delete underlining. It is autimaticaly turned on, so you have to turn it off. I hope that helps ;)

I don't know. I interperate a hack n slash as being a beat 'em up but with a close-range weapon at all times. I looked it up and it said we are both right to some degree. :D Nice tutorial. :)

You really should consider trying Game Maker out. Once you really get the hang of it, it's easy!
