i hear some u96 in the vocals...check out the song brainkiller by u96 "don't play charades" is what is being said to the sped up melody of briankiller starting around 3:07 and going through 3:30 then a few other songs are mixed into the underlying melody from brainkiller. i doubt this is just one single song...sounds like a dj mixed a few together with a cool dnb twist.
