Just wanted to say I watch this almost weekly. Its massively underrated and has several gems in that just make it amazing. the bread sliding off the plate, the food falling out the mouth, the editing before the camera man pisses himself. Bravo, this is YouTube GOLD!

whats the best time to add BAM to irish stew, the beginning with the onions or at the same time as the stock?

A controversial question - allowing the BAM to lightly simmer with the onions gives the dish a rich buttery flavour with a hint of jam, whilst adding half a jar to your stock mixture will give the stew a sticky edge akin to that of toffee pudding. Try both and see what you prefer.
