  • I wonder if it is too late by now

  • @powpanda Pretty much. We all know collapse is coming. Maybe after that.... change but sadly it will mean die off starvation... for many.

  • So...as I watch this...gas is nearly 5 dollars...Gold is trading at an all time high.....silver at 50 bucks..and the dollar is collapsing...I'm an disillusioned college student destined to end up in a cubicle job for the rest of his life...and im pissed off....revolution of the mind happening

  • In a society that is a technocracy how would you take care of things like defense? The only way I can think of is to make everyone that is physically able join the military.

  • @LTS1287 - Defense is part of the Sequences of government. In a sense everyone in a technate would be in the military... though a kind of civilian military... if that makes sense. It is a science only based system ... so aspects of defense are also decided in that way. What makes the most sense. If North America were a technate... probably no one would mess with it. Also the Russians with around 32% of the world resource base could do it and ally with a North American one.

  • @TBonePickensetc why not have robot armies?

  • @LTS1287 We wouldn't need defense if all of the world realized that this is the next step in our evolution.

  • @sweYoda2: That's very idyllic but it may not be the case. What happens if it is only one country that is a technate? I'd say defence is pretty damned important.

  • @LTS1287 We will unite or perish, it is not a question if we will perish if we do not unite. It is a question of when.

  • I know that I am still young, but I am skeptical of your claims that industry destroyed their own suff to maintain scarcity. I see how that helps the price system, but not how that helps their company

  • The Price System does what it does to maintain itself. It will not be politicians or religious people that will insist on a different social structure like a technate. Political system invented religious system. Political system is contract society of obeying rules. Rules based on maintaining the status quo stop social change. Corporations set price, enforce contracts, and maintain 'civil'.. society. As purchasing power is destroyed social change happens. That which ceases to function ceases.

  • But are you suggesting that all major industry works together to maintain the price system? Or does industry directly profit from destroying things that they create? Why create something just to destroy it? That does not make sense to me.

  • The system we use now is the Price System. Our proposal is a non monetary system. An energy accounting system is not a replacement price system it is a different concept. There would not be special interest control. It is a science based concept. Consumer goods are created shoddily ... and must be replaced and could be less wasteful to make in a system that uses sustainability as to the resource base... instead of dollar business as the premise. Profit and maintaining that is the rule now.

  • I understand what you are saying but you aren't answering my question. Why create something simply to destroy it? Why not just not create it in the first place?

  • Creating something to destroy it creates a market for more of the same. Cars could be made of carbon fiber which is lighter and stronger than steel. The steel industry is a special interest group. Special interest groups control the Price System. A Price System is a model that demands growth. If a Price System does not grow it collapses. Hence the crazy flinging of resources in every direction in an effort to make money.

Problem. Purchasing power is destroyed by further technology. Dysfunction.

  • Creating something to destroy it creates a market for more of the same.

How? To maintain scarcity, couldn't they just not use so many resources? Using a diamond factory as an example, why create diamond rings then dump them somewhere? Why not just hire less miners and mine less diamonds? That would maintain scarcity and raise profits. It would also leave room for more growth. Are you saying that they create carbon fiber cars and then destroy them for the sake of the steel industry?

  • The Price System's mandate is exponential growth. The Price System destroys itself because of that ... we have reached the edge of our resources to destroy for money.. pointlessly.

Please do not post here anymore without doing some research on the topic.

I suggest reading M. King Hubberts 'Man-hours And Distribution' for starters. If you are unfamiliar with this topic asking endless... pretty much useless and off topic questions serves no one. Thanks.

  • @theoneawsomone It creates scarcity. It is the reason why the oil industry gets so much attention. Scarcity.

  • look, I don't doubt that the industries create scarcity, but I don't see why they would CREATE SOMETHING ONLY TO DESTROY IT. There are other ways to maintain scarcity which I'm sure they do, like employees of underarmor probably gets boxes of free underarmor that they give to their friends

  • @theoneawsomone I'm not saying i'm completeley positive on the idea, I'm saying its a rational speculation. Untill it is verified it is speculation at best, like anything else.

  • Speculation. That's better.

  • @theoneawsomone

Stockpiling is a great way to create scarcity. You can completely influence the value of a commodity if you have the monopoly necessary to horde all of it for yourself. Just look at what's been done with diamonds... those worthless rocks...

  • How anyone in their right mind could suggest money wether it be sound or unsound as a solution is mad.Money is meant do divide us into have and have nots.Where there is no unity there is no strength. Thus we find ourselves here arguing.

I have spent too much time like a dog chasing my tale around the Jones,Icke camp.

Solutions are what we need,i for one intend to watch the rest of this and look into it further.

    Thanks to the poster.

  • Thanks for the comment jamie... and yes we are a social movement. Google Technocracy movement. The main TechOrg site is good and also TNAT and Technocracytechnate as to researching info.

The conspiracy stuff is similar to the occult stuff in the sense that it promises lots of overt nonsense in a mock heroic way... but delivers nothing.

Technocracy technate design is a viable science based administration approach... and not another human oligarchy special interest type government.

  • Sorry but your in the wrong place. The retarded brainwashed Alex Jones and Icke lizard head videos are down the street. Dumb ass libertarians are urged to post there. This site is about a scientific social design that does not use money. So... go back to sleep... and maybe if your lucky you will have an Ayn Rand wet dream... and wake up with a wheelbarrow full of money. In other words... you are a garden variety American retard either ignorant or stupid.

  • everyone will realize the facts some day. i used to think just like him. thats just it though, the alex jones belief system is all in a thought, not observation.

  • True... it is anti intellectual and paranoid as to its underlying concepts and ideas... and mostly just not connected with any thing viable as to social change.

  • The premise of his argument assumes all money is debt. In a free market, all money should be stored work in the form of commodities (the best stores of wealth throughout history has been the precious metals.)

The debt creation by the central banks, which they call money, is central to all our economic problems. This allows for the financial industry and politicians to bypass the constraints of taxation and reserve requirements.

  • Wrong. We employ an antique system which is derived from the Sumerian system minus debt forgiveness. Usury sinks it. What is needed now is a new format. Energy metric of business. Based on equality in a secular humanistic scientific format. That is the Technocracy Technate design. Explore that for creative information as to viable change. The price system destroys itself as labor and purchasing power is replaced by machines and energy conversion. Technology destroys the price system.

  • Tell that to the Americans, they'll see it as Socialism. They got scared by there goverment about socialism and capitalism.

  • Americans suffer from propaganda by corporate media. We are not interested in the deeply hypnotized crowd. As people suffer and try to wake up from the negative aspects of the Price System alternative information becomes more palatable though. The technate design offers some hope that is viable.

  • didnt the debt come from the creation of the federal reserve? and if so then would we still have the debt society?

  • Originally our system came from the Sumerians and Babylonians. They invented the Political Price System as we know it. They perfected money. They formed the original class system. They institutionalized religion. Organized religion. This is the origin of civil society which meant city society. The ''debt'' is an illusion that maintains our caste system. Technocracy uses energy accounting. This creates a ''just society'' not based on slavery. Wage slaves are working slaves.

  • im starting to let poeple now about this now

  • hey tbone!

  • There is no charity in this system because it is not needed. All consuming power being equal. This system uses energy accounting therefore it it not to be related to in debt token terms.

This is classic information from Technocracy Incorporated. Back when they were focused. Yes that is about the time frame. TNAT.

  • This is an unusal evaluation of economic systems. There are a couple things that could be argued, i.e. planned obselance, welfare and few others. When was this video made? It looks like it was made in the 80's

  • For more information go to the webpage listed on the Tbonepickensetc channel description.

TechInc itself was taken over with some dumbed down information purveyor's. Some of their information is still correct though. Not the so called Study Guide which is crap from the mid 1970's. Investigate the information from the Technical Alliance.

  • No not really. There was or is an attempt by a Swedish group ... but they suffer from misdirection. That group never understood our basic material.

They think it is a sociological construct ... and their version uses a Price System with themselves in an assumption to power theory.... so no they are not Technocrats.

This system is not moralistic or connected with ethics or sociological ideas.

There is no shortage of people that have tried to dumb down this info. Go to TNAT for the real thing.

  • I am suprised this movement isn't more videspread. TBone is there a European branch of this organisation?

  • That would be good. It is important to get this information out now. The window of change will close at a certain point. All efforts to make our information available is appreciated.

  • I hope people wake the fuck up and do away from the price system.
