Why doesn't Viacom work with Youtube to identify the culprits and band them, remove the content and then sue them.... because it would cost a lot to launch 10000 different law suits. Easier to blame Youtube, 1 law suit, lots of publicity... it's just a witch hunt. Does common sense exist anymore?

Youtube are fighting copyright infringement but with so many users they are sometimes going to get caught out. This lawsuit is madness. VIACOM are allowed to be angry at their stuff being uploaded without permission but suing Youtube/Google is insane. The fault lies with users as individuals and that is stated in the terms and conditions when they join......
