They are two completely different things. Utorrent is a bittorrent client, and a download manager allows you to manage/resumes download. Does not have the ability to search for peers and use .torrent files..

If you don't want to go into the command prompt to get into wget, you can use a batch file and put in the following:

cd C:\wget (assuming you put wget here)

wget <paste download url here>
