In London, if you drive through central London, you have to pay 8 pounds or about 13 US Dollars a day! It's called a congestion charge. Well many rich people who go through central london for busienss etc spend 25 pounds or about 35/40 dollars a year to get that mini cab license. one can pick up jobs off the street without being booked ,while the other picks up pre booked jobs only.
one has to know how to get from a to b , while the other gets from a to b.
one has to do an extra driving test, while the other does no extra test.
one has to be take wheelchairs and do a u turn in a 25feet circle while the other does not.

@mrbenjitv London cabs have proper cars, while mini cabs are normal cars. London cabs have a timer while mini cabs give a quote.

In London, if you drive through central London, you have to pay 8 pounds or about 13 US Dollars a day! It's called a congestion charge. Well many rich people who go through central london for busienss etc spend 25 pounds or about 35/40 dollars a year to get that mini cab license. That means you don't have to pay the congestion charge.
I believe there has been a Ferrari that had a mini cab license lol.
