i have a couple questions. how long does it take to loose some weight and .are these things going to really work and work quickly?. because im trying to literally loose 20 pounds and ill feel happy please respond
OMG chewy coco puffs. I would rather have your HONEST reviews than a "professional reviewer" I saw a commercial with the surgeon who "invented" this plan over the weekend. Do another video that tells us how long you felt full on the half bar. It would be interesting to know if this would be a good bar for those long stretches between meals that life sometimes causes.
You know, you'd probably explode eating one. But, I am four plus years post op. It lasted a while... but I have a instantly emptying stoma. Which is part of my whole problem with the hypoglycemia.
I was actually thinking of my potential jury duty next week. That might be something good to tied me over without making me feel hungry. I figure 1/3 to 1/2 of the bar before I go in. I'm sitting here STARVING watching you eat that delicious looking FULLBAR..I'm a pre-op deprived of food right now. I'm trying to get 40lbs. off before surgery in October. I think maybe once a week I deserve a Fullbar. I'm heading over to the website now!!!!

I'm a gastric bypass patient. I'm 7 months out and this fullbar did NOT make me full. But, than again, I've had this problem right along ;((

I only tried the bars... I didn't eat them daily. I've already lost 150 lbs.
