"i'm going to leave that movie and find myself an amazing athlete to adopt." no you retard, that's not the point. it has a little more to do with the humane action of bringing somebody into a healthier lifestyle they were being held from attaining. Orr was just able to find a more remarkable path then others because he's a gifted person.

I personally know the guy though... I am sure that most people get the sarcasm. It is a very cool story, but think about it... it is very fortunate for Michael and obviously very fortunate now for the Tuohy Family. I am sure the emotional rewards are the same either way

Jesus, what the fuck is wrong with the interviewer? I think he missed the entire point of Michael's story. It's not about wanting to adopt an athlete, then living the side glory of his success. It's about helping a kid, who's never been helped before, and allowing him to become who he's capable of being. The fact that he turned out to be a pro fb player isn't the only point. I hope people realize this, and stop saying shit like, "I'm going to the hood to adopt myself the next Lebron James."
