  • nice vid but cut out the leg movement! check my vid out too

  • I am 15 years old and I can do this, it's not a big deal.

  • Pretty sweet! But going down slower is always good resistance training! Still impressive.

  • Crossfit is all about most weight moved as quickly as possible. Yeah I guess some people's forms suck, but I wouldnt knock kipping pullups until you can do them. Before crossfit most ever deadhang pullups I could do was about 12 but that was following the Marine's Armstrong pullup program. Last time I did deadhang pullups I did a set of 10, 9 and 5 with a 15 lb dumbell on me. Prob could have done more if I had more rest between sets.

  • They can probably do at least 10 real pull ups because they look in great shape. I saw a hilarious post once on a crossfit site where the guy said "I can do 30 kipping pull ups and about 5 dead hang pull ups." Just goes to show how easy it is to flop your body up that bar. At least the guys in the vid aren't mega flopping and actually getting their chins way above the bar, I've seen ones where people flop like fish and still don't get their forehead to the bar, haha!

  • Good luck doing 50 pull-ups without kipping.... Maybe you haters should jump on the elliptical for another half-hour then hit up the preacher bench if you're not too tired.

  • swinging like pendulums

  • Posting this comment before watching video (it's paused). Reading the description and noticing "CrossFit", I'm guessing this will be 25 poor-form Kipping Pullups or Chinups.

Wow, what a surprise. I was correct.

  • @daveyishavoc lol at critics. They have NO life. Incredibly sad. killer uneducated point davey.

  • @tbone0004 Lol. Crossfit is a joke. The only purpose it serves is getting lazy, unmotivated assholes off their couch...which is a good thing...however, the injury rates in CrossFit compared to that of standard lifting is through the roof. Performing oly lifts at high speed for reps is a recipe for injury. The workout of the days are fucking hilarious though.

  • @daveyishavoc have yet to meet one serious athlete who has thought anything negative about crossfit. Your credentials and fitness status are probably enough to convince me otherwise though. :) I've done every kind of lifting and am obsessed with crossfit. And, being a previous gym owner, lazy unmotivated ass holes are found at the local gym resting 3-5 minutes in between their bench press sets of their chest and bi work out. Nobody lazy gets near a bar to do olympic lifting.

  • @daveyishavoc i would argue with you however doing a wod the other day i fucked up my back hah

  • I give 5 fucking stars to this video! and what ?

I know they are kipping pull ups but they are excellent executed!

  • FAGS HAHA

  • quuuuueeeeerrr
