I live in Toronto, the police are everywhere streetracing in Ontario has one of the harshest penalties in Canada. There is no why you going to do a 160 miles a hour on the DVP and then destroy your car and not make the news. Last week I bought the new NSX the V10 version I drove down the DVP 257km/h the police asked if I wanted them to clear the highway which is usually busy 20 hour of a day, I said no and offered them some donuts but they said they preferred Tofu.

news flash.. my EVO's gone.. i popped a tire at 265 km/h going down the DVP in toronto. i was in a corner pretty hard when it blew so i don't know if it was something on the road, or just a combination of high heat, high g load, old tires, anyway it hit the barrier so hard it crumpled the roof, thank god for insurance hehehe

it's my highschool buddy's charger. it's got toyo proxes, full exhaust and headers, full intake and tune so it's got around 50+hp over stock.. and i guess neither cars smoked me...... i was even with the charger till i put it in third then it jumps ahead nearly two lengths it's the torque and he's got longer gears (i ran him 5 times) and the benz c63, (i was beside his rear bumper from 0-130 km/h and it appeared he was gonna leave me later on past 160+ km/h, the m3 i ran from 70 to 200 km

i think that it could probably be taken off...i dont although what actions should someone do...but you should think that the company has created this gearbox for a maximum of 250 kmh...so you if you buy one of these...you should also logically change your gearbox...except of the electronical limitation...:P

you should know...that every car that is manufactured in Japan has law speed limitation of 250 kmh...although...many other cars like supra or skyline have also a limitation of 250 kmh but only in the papers...only in order to satisfied the japanese goverment...at least this was the law before 3-4 years...i dont know if it has changed...but if you judge from the limitation of this fq 400 you will probably understand that this is also applied nowadays...i dont know about the other specs...

It reaches 60mph in 3.5 second...... and you can turn off the limiter like in some bmw...... it can reach more then 300 km/h
