u dont realy need one, since they r govend automaticaly and since the best way to go fast is high torque with high gearing.
but if u want to make it drive more like a car, i can attacht a cable directly to the carb and thatl give u full controll of the engine speed, its not avised iv had several engines sease up due to too high and engine speed and striped the gears on the lubricator.

I turn 6000+ RPMs on mine constantly with no issues from oil slinger. It's all in the setup.

Go to E-bay. Look up Kart racing or go cart. There are many ways to type it now. And also type in gokart throttle cable, then go from there.
