Orly Taitz GRANTED Subpoena for Loretta Fuddy, director of HI Health Department!

And to be able to Examine the Long Form Birth Certificate!

1) It was signed by Orly, who is not an officer of the court in DC

2) It required actions from someone in Hawaii, who is distinctly outside of the DC court's jurisdiction.

3) It requires dissemination of privileged information, which falls well outside subpoena rules.

This is just Orly claiming a false victory to get her donations up.

The issues on appeal were:

1. Whether the plaintiffs had standing

2. If the plaintiffs did have standing, whether consideration of the claim was barred by the political question doctrine

Most of Taitz's argument addressed neither issue. Her discussion of the first failed to address the distinction between being a candidate in an election and having been a candidate in an election that is complete, certified, and where the winner has been sworn in. She failed to address the second issue at all.
