This video shows previously hidden defects located in the moisture barrier (nail and wire intrusions). After shooting this video, the builder repaired the defects from the one specific area shot in the video, but they refused to repair defects in other areas of the home and refused to inspect all areas of the moisture for these defects. The builder told me "that is why you have a 10 year warranty.... When you notice water leaking into the house again give us a call".
