im type A as well, and i have been on the diet for 4 days. I am feeling so mentally alert and clear. It is wonderful. I feel so much better. Less depressed and sad. I have a drink you can try. I put a cup of soymilk, (if you do soymilk) and i add blackstrap molasses and a teaspoon of carob powder, and heat it all in a pan on the stove. It is so comforting and healthy! NO GUILT!! I love it.
