Yep!, I was just thinking the same thing. I don't know if americans, (I'm a european), really know the way things work here, but when I listen Obama talking about healthcare, and then look at the current status of that matter in the states, well, I just think this guy does not imagine how huge is to acomplish the task he is talking about.
But on the other hand, if americans knew the way things work in europe concerning social issues, I think they would go on a revolution and take over washington
Wow a leader who sounds intelligent. Isn't that something America could use right now? Someone who will help improve our image to the rest of the world? I hope so Obama 08!
listen i understand that not everyone likes obama but please, saying things that are racist or horrible is just wrong. Come on, thats not america. We need to all just grow up
the world is watching over obama's next step towards the white house, change must come to washington on november, i hope bush must had been anxious in supporting mccain becoz he's gonna be in the losing end anyway, democrats will rule again, end the war and make the world safer for humanity
I hear a lot about he doesn't have the experience, but how is such experience gained. I believe that if there is someone passionate about what they do, then there is hope.
people are still afraid of him, because he has an arabic name....what does it matter...we have in the white house a guy with an english name....and he has done us more harm than the name Obama.
LOL ... thank GOD (not Allah) that the word on Hussein, his nappy-haired ho of a wife and their pastor got out in time to assure that Barack will NEVER spend one (1) night in OUR Whitehouse. .. and screw the libdinks who'd still support this fuck !
IF any one of you DO NOT think as OPRAH, said, THIS IS THE ONE, U need to get your head checked, THIS MAN is FOR REAL, let me tell you OBAMA has been through something and he knows how hard this world is, I have a 18 year old son in college and that's where all my money goes with his $15,000 in scholarships.

We cannot go on thinking that way. B.W. Bush, may have had some experience, being raised by his VP father, but he didn't do much for us, other than to put too much stress on terrorisim, and leading us to recesion. BTW don't we have terrorism right here at home that's killing most of our youth? ie Druglords, gangs? A lot more deaths than foreing terrorists have claim. Also, lots of our kids on Iraq have died due to accidents. if you ask me.
This is definitely the future. O-BAMA is definitely the instrument of change. People that said he lacks experience should have a look at his profile. A senator lacks no presidential experience. O-BAMA I am going with you because I know God is with you. Congratulation Mr Pressident

barack obama is the finest leadership this country has seen in quite some years, i cannot wait to vote for him.. and finally be able to address him as Mr President
Wow, he has no clue. Basically worse than Jimmy Carter plus extra rhetoric and pandering. His cherry picking of unknown situations and then extending them to generalities is truly insulting and is a technique used by virtually every low-grade salesperson out there. Does anyone actually buy this stuff? No substance.
We now have our Bobby Kennedy, our Martin Luther King. We need a Gerald Ford to heal this nation, after eight years of the criminal Bush administration. "Barack" IS our Bobby Kennedy. I'm proudly casting my vote for Obama!
As a non-American citizen, he seems like the best man for the job. I don't care about Republicans or Democrats, but you can tell that he is an honest man, which is more than you can say about a lot of other politicians.
Americans would be very lucky to have this man as President.
OBAMA SAID HE WOULD INVADE PAKISTAN. He is in favor of a global anti-terror force. He gives speeches and writes articles for the Council on Foreign Relations, a conglomerate of weapons, oil, drugs, and media corporations headed up by the big banks. He is being heavily promoted by Newscorp, the company that owns fox news. In other words, HES A COMPLETE FRAUD and is owned by the same multinational corporations that started the Iraq War. ******
Obama is a brilliant speaker. He challanges everything and would surely have my vote. The audiance, however, doesn't appreciate this by applauding too often and interupting him.
I lived my youth under the state in east Germany. The horror of totalitarian rule can't be described. You have no movies, to depict the fear, the loneliness, the despair, the loss of hope that was German life. Honecker, our leader was no more evil and no less affable than those who bring you the same authoritarian rule which you passionately receive. Yes we need change! Yes we need to get big money out of washington! Yes we need to end the war in Iraq! Yes we need to end our dependence on foreign oil and clean up our environment! Yes, we need hope! YES! YES! YES! Obama gets my vote!!
I'd vote for this guy. He just seems so much more genuine that the others. Compare him to that awful Romney guy, whenever he sees a little child he's like "hey sweeeeeeety", it just makes me ill. Obama seems like a leader. He speaks like a leader.
a political or social philosophy advocating the freedom of the individual, parliamentary systems of government, nonviolent modification of political, social, or economic institutions to assure unrestricted development in all spheres of human endeavor, and governmental guarantees of individual rights and civil liberties.
Truly inspirational. Obama talks like no other candidate in this election. You know that he has good morals by the content of his speeches and the things he has done for regular people. I just hope that he'll become our President so we can see, as he said, the beginning of a historic change in America.
Obama has my full support & I'm an indie. He has a good track record in Illonois and not all governers can prove helping poor communities or tell you about how they're an example of the american dream. He can relate to us poor NY guys & there's a certain aura about him too. Plus, Hillary's already out of steam. Now since she has nothing, she starts bashing on a guy whom has kept firm stance.
I dont even know what the cfr is but it has to be bad. That means you should vote for ron paul.He is a revolutionary becauseheis going to get rid ofeverything. Also, the cfr is planning to build ahighway throughamerica to mexico and canada. I like america without superevilconvenient imaginary highways that no one is actually going to build.Vote for Ron pual I think. Now we were talking about an obama speech but instead of listening tote whole thing I copied and pasted this8million times.
Someone on here compared voting for Obama to drafting new comers in professional sports. Yeah they are drafted as players, not ceos! I just don't get all the hype surrounding this guy. I think it's something created by the "Liberal Media". I've listened to him and his speeches and I for one don't believe the hype.
barack says a whole lotta nothin, He talks about change , hope for america....but why does'nt he give some ideas on how hes going to change! if i need new hope and change its mitt romney....plain and simple !!!! Barack oboma is a brain washer, Bringing in our youth for his support. he has not layed out in any kind of detail what he plans on doing for our country. ...well..change HOW!! MITT ROMNEY FOR PRES. go on over and he will give us ideas on change.
Obama is great. His eloquence is superb. From the onset of him announcing his run I felt he was a force to be reckoned with. But I was originally thinking that America wasnt ready for a black President. But this man transcends color barriers - you dont see him as a black man running for President, you see him a great candidate running for president -I wasnt around for MLK but i now feel what people generations ago felt when i see Obama.
Obama for Change?!? He voted for military expansionism and Homeland Security. His top advisor is Zbigniew Brzezinski who created the whole Afghan Jihad Movement which produced OSAMA BIN LADEN!!! You don't believe it? /Do the research and you will find it is absolutely true! If you are going to vote for "change" please pick the correct canidate!
Caters to the uninformed youth of America, please listen to what he really has to say. Let us all reward the irresponsible and put us into even worse shape with his so-called new Health care reform package... Go ahead and vote for him,and if he gets elected, who are the Liberals going to blame this time???
He speaks for the little guy, which a lot of politicians don't. He speaks from the heart, which a lot of politicians don't. He uses logic and reason, which a lot of politicians don't. I have so much hope that this man will do our country a great service. We love you, Obama!! =]
ill vote for him if he will sing the national anthem at the super bowl. but i don't believe in a canidate that wasn't even born in America but he did deliver a good speech
the only reason i have doubts about him is because AMerica isnt ready for a black president. I AM BLACK. and ive seen so much racism that we still have today. he is going to have a lot of haters. lol VOTE BARACK
Obama is nothing but empty rhetoric. He voted for the patriot act, he would not withdraw the troops till 2013. With a 9 trillion dollar debt due to president Bush and the cowardice of the democrats in congress to stand up against him.
consider Ron Paul he will change america for the better.
How long has it been since we as a nation have heard a speaker as inspirational as this man? Barack Obama gives me hope for our nations future, and I haven't had hope for a long time. Thank you.
Barack Obama is the perfect example of someone who has become their unique self. Despite all challenges, and all things that would say he could not, he continued to strive for what he believed in. This is what happens when someone stands up and just speaks the truth. To me he is a true inspiration, and I am thankful for all that he is striving to achieve.
It's amazing how idiots like danberkeley would say anything negative Obama. Way to go buddy, keep running around in the same old circle while the rest of the world is moving ahead. Do I smell racism here?
Just an idea, but how about a canidate that decreases our dependancy on our system. WE ARE SPOILED, I agree we need change. Democracy is a wonderful system, but "We can't always get what we want". Vote for whoever just make the right choice
Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory that has fought every single major U.S. war since World War I but we can't vote for U.S. President. We Puerto Ricans are American from birth with social security and everything. We good enough to fight for U.S. for the freedom of others but not for the same freedom for us to vote for the next U.S. President.
Obama inspires and reeks of greatness, "W" is a fool; the way they speak tells of who they are. I am hungry for a real leader, a man who could "bring together the red state and the blue states". If you are concerned that "he is black" or Hillary is a "woman" and we aren't ready for them, my friends, you probably voted for Bush and got us where we are as a country today. He can make great speeches--he is lightyears ahead of what we have NOW! THINK THIS TIME!
I'm voting for Obama all the way! come on guys, why wouldn't you vote for him just because he's black? I thought you people were past that. He gave great speeches and he is entirely sincere about what he says needs to be done to this country. UGH PEOPLE! WE ARE IN 2008, NOT 1908!
Finally a Democratic candidate that stands a chance to truly change America in the way Al Gore could have if the Americans had the common sense to elect him with sufficient majority. Now is your chance America. Please don't let yourselves and the world down again.
Thank you people of Iowa! All of us living overseas are very proud of you! The image of the United States is already changing for the better overseas.
Just another liberal with some personality and a typical liberal agenda dressed up as "change". If you step back and examine his politics, there is nothing different from many of the other democrats. His message of "change" is nothing but a political move to get votes. A lot of people who are "for him" don't even know what he truly believes or where he stands on a majority of the issues. There's not much new here. If he gets elected, those who think there is, will see that overtime. *Yawn*
The cool thing about Barack Obama is that his ego is not big enough to hinder his humility, so when he missteps, he's very apt to admit it. Unfortunately not all Politicians have this courage, and it's not hard to understand why...they are after all, supposed to be politicians?
It's really not what he says but how he says it. I heard him speak in Oakland & people were in awe of this man. I was not sure if he could win at that time but he's got my vote now! I do believe!!!
I don't understand how a liberal like Obama is going to bring both sides together. Shouldn't that be the job of a moderate? BTW he is an excellent orator.
I like his positive approach in his campaign so far. There is no need to mud sling when you have got REAL people behind you. I have read both of Mr. Obama's books and I really like this man. I am really proud of him. He has my vote for sure!!!!!
A view from a womans perspective this time, to bring honor and great wisdom to America.
Hillary will overcome this nationwide sexist stigma. She'll win my vote and win all of your hearts. Why don't you put aside your pride and do what your heart tells you.
One argument commented on was his lack of expirience. I believe that his "expirience" should be based on his personal beliefs and his overall corruption. He is not expirienced in politics which means he has not been corrupted by American poilitics. People he hires will know politics and I believe with their help they can recreate polotics into something less corrupt.
Sounds good, but for one thing, IRAQ! The idea that America does not free good people from tyrants like Saddam Hussien is not my America. We won the Cold War, now we have to finish the job and bring democracy and decency to the world. We did this in South America to countries like Peru adn Chile, and they are now great democracies. We can not stand idle, as there are those in the world that want to destroy democracy!
I am a 14 year old female. I have learned a lot by watching Obama. I believe that if we all listen to what he has to say we will learn alot more than what we try to know. God Bless you Obama and good luck.
Obama has the experience, on just about every level, if not more than Hillary. Please someone tell me what qualifies as an abundance of foriegn policy experience by Hillary or the others? The only one that can actually claim an abundance of political experience is McCain. With him I fear we would have another Bush.
He has not been wishy washy in his stands on issues as most of the others have. He is the only one who has really been consistent about what he believes.
i bet you voted for bush and who IS his bed buddy? so what difference does it make if he's full of shit, which i don't think he is!just admit that his being black bothers you!
Why are my comments about the media creating Obama not being shown? Why am I being silenced, where is my freedom of speech? Something is VERY DIRTY about him.
I'm definitely voting for Obama. He's the first politic I can actually agree with. For example, pointing out our dying economy and failing school system. Those are the main problems around where I live. Also, he seems different from previous presidents, almost trustworthy. I just hope he's not all talk like most of our recent presidents have been. Although, he does seem much more like a "p

Senator Obama is about action. Check out the Library of Congress website yourself. You will find:
Senator Obama has sponsored or co-sponsored 570 bills in the 109th and 110th Congress.
Senator Obama has sponsored or co-sponsored 15 bills that have become LAW since he joined the Senate in 2005.
Senator Obama has also introduced amendments to 50 bills, of which 16 were adopted by the Senate.
His record is in fact quite impressive for a junior Senator from Illinois.

a political or social philosophy advocating the freedom of the individual, parliamentary systems of government, nonviolent modification of political, social, or economic institutions to assure unrestricted development in all spheres of human endeavor, and governmental guarantees of individual rights and civil liberties.

We are witnessing History in the making.

If you want real change vote for Ron Paul.
Obama is nothing but empty rhetoric. He voted for the patriot act, he would not withdraw the troops till 2013. With a 9 trillion dollar debt due to president Bush and the cowardice of the democrats in congress to stand up against him.
consider Ron Paul he will change america for the better.
Obama does not stand for change.

MrsTechn9ne 4 years ago

Hillary is our future. Time for a real change.
A view from a womans perspective this time, to bring honor and great wisdom to America.
Hillary will overcome this nationwide sexist stigma. She'll win my vote and win all of your hearts. Why don't you put aside your pride and do what your heart tells you.
bluemonarc 4 years ago
