I don't think any of this is correct. If it was all individual reality, then multiple people would never see the same things. For example, when I look a brown table, another person can also look at that table and confirm that it's brown. Therefore our perceptions are same, and hence the table is real, and so is the color of the table.

If nothing exists pre consciousness, then that means nothing happened before consciousness. If everything is waves and not particles until observed, then the big bang could never happen, just big bang possibilities. Stars would not exist unobserved, just the possibilities. How do they explain the universe pre consciousness. How are galaxies stars formed without observers? Or was it consciousness itself that started the big bang? These are logical inconsistencies.

It probably will be replaced by something like trans-dimensional physics, and that to be replaced by, perhaps, anti-matter co-plasma theory, reality mapping micro quanta, and on and on.... for eternity.
