Amazing that the 996 Turbo was beaten through the 1/4 mile by a 13 second NOS'd up Jag. But now, the 997 Turbo S will run the 1/4 mile in 10.8 seconds at 129 mph. If you didn't know that, you're probably not going to believe me. But that's what Car and Driver was able to get out of it. (0-60 in 2.7 seconds!)

its think i made it difficut to elaborate but i will try my best... so

lets use an example. a Porsche 997 turbo S, the car is capable of a qtr mile in 10.8 seconds

that i with a perfect launch from a Pro driver. and the qtr mile time is monitored by a GPS computer or another computer that works with ur cars ECU.

Its Near impossible to get a 10.8 because ... 1- we are not pro drivers, and 2- we dont have the Computers they use. making a 10.8 hard to achive.
