@Xtsco11 - You can mix Promax with milk instead of water at bed time. As you know Casein, which is found in milk slows down digestion, so if you are having Promax before bed with milk this will slow release protein while you are asleep so will aid your muscle repair and help recovery. Promax before and after training it is definitely better to mix with water as you will absorb the protein much quicker aiding recovery and maintenance of your results
@sebastian30000 - We don’t recommend products to anyone under 18. This is because your body is still undergoing natural changes so you haven’t fully finished growing and developing
Losing fat and increasing muscle at the same time can prove to be quite difficult to achieve. To increase muscle size you need to consume more calories than you are burning each day. To lose fat you need to consume fewer calories than you are burning. These are two different demands that your body needs to achieve each goal. It is recommended that you split your training goals.
If you choose to build muscle whilst minimising fat gain I would recommend Cyclone and Thermobol but to lose fat whilst preserving lean muscle then Promax and Thermobol would be
Is they any Maximuscle Casin products as mentioned for just before bed time for slow absorption of protein?

Hey bro,
Listen i hope you can help me. Im a skinny enough guy but i have a body fat of 20%.... i wanna lower this to about 10% and gain muscle mass.
My problem is that people keep telling me to gain muscle u need to 250-500 calories extra for your muscles to grow?
I presumed that if u wanna lower your BF% u need to lower your calories??
Is this true.... or is it ok to lower calorie intake because its taken from body fat and gain mass???
Sorry, im a beginner but awful confused! cheers
