@TheLovelyFisher - Josephus, a historian wrote about Jesus & the disciples. He was not a Christian either. Even the islamic Koran has Jesus & Mary in it. Although they don't believe He was the Son of God. Look around you, look at life itself & know that it is way too complicated for it to happen by chance. If you really want to know if He is real, then seek Him with all your heart & you will find him. That's his promise to us.
We imperfect human beings are very fortunate to have a chance to see the perfect human being and his wise words of which his father has wanted us to know...very hard to watch, but I must to learn that we must all suffer with Jesus Christ since he has suffered a lot from us...
Yes, this is hard to watch, but that is why all Christians should watch it. We can have a genuine appreciation of the depth of Jesus's love for us, only when we confront the depths of his suffering in order to redeem us. When Christ's Passion is glossed over, it's easy to view it as an historical event that happened long ago. When his suffering is confronted, it becomes personal; we acknowledge, "He did this for me." This video is very appropriate for Good Friday.
This was incredibly hard to watch, but I thank you for sharing it. It is a reminder to me this year of what is happening in my own life: Evil loves to attack, to belittle to harm. And crucifixion of Jesus is the work of God - to receive the punishment that was due for our own evil acts, and to take that upon perfect, sinless, loving Jesus.
Oh, Jesus, I'm so sorry for my sins. Lord, forgive me, and help me join your cause for mercy and forgiveness.
