  • My chiro told me that I should exercise the muscles around the scapula to correct my shoulders' rolling forward. I can tell after doing one set that these exercises are "just what the doctor ordered." Having the visual to refer back to is great! Thanks so much for posting this.

  • Love the scapular clock exercise in this video. Easy, simple, but looks like it would be very effective. Nice video.

  • this kind of exercise is good if you do alot of bodybuilding exercises such as bent over barbell rows or deadlifts...it helps put your scapular blade back in neutral positions
