  • I went to the PI to visit my fiance. I was intercepted by security who wanted to roust me out of 500php for no reason. That was a mistake. I called the police, airport management and the supervisor. Boy, did I ever make a stink. I think they will never try that again. I was by myself and did not know where to meet my girl. I guess I had that innocent look about me. I would call it "A wolf in sheep's clothing". They picked the wrong guy to F%$^ with I guess!!

  • POR EL ESPAÑOL OFICIAL EN FILIPINAS.

  • Dyan ako galing 9 years ago.

  • I used to seat in the very same spot just because I wanted to see the rice field. It was cool and nice vid..

  • Makes me kind of home sick watching this video. I am australian but every year i go there. I miss the place.

  • nakakamiss sobra pinas. i love the reverse sound of the engine when landing and when the stewardess says ladies and gentlemen we are about to land in ninoy aquino international airport. kakamiss sobra, nung nasa pinas pa tayo lagi natin nirereklamo yung traffic, tas maduduming kalye pero pag nasa ibang bansa na tayo, nakakmiss dn yun minsan.

  • Talk about SMOOTH LANDING! Oh, that pilot deserves applause!

  • BAYBAYIN IS THE PHILIPPINE SCRIPT which is part of the philippine old culture.promote these script so it get again more popular in our country.

  • i love Philippines. My HOME!! I wish i may come back there.

  • Here in Stockton CA, pinreserve nila ang Little Manila. Nakakatuwang isipin yung dating itsura ng Manila, unlike now. Polluted and overpopulated na. I hope our country will change. Specially the Gov't. -_-

  • a lot of rich filipinos arent really giving back to their people..even if they do, maybe only crumbs on the table..what ive learned is that our leaders are really selfish. there needs to b a philippine economy business funds for poor families cuz d only thing that'll change the philippines is the economy, not the government. I'm not impressed with the last generation..they fucked us all up..im pretty sure the next will boost philippines back up

  • the mentality of the filipinos also plays a HUGE role in the improvement of the country. Filipinos need to stop pitying themselves and take a stand for their community. They have plenty of resources to to do so. free hand outs aren't going to fix their problems and they need to realize that.

  • u generalize that all their mentality is the same but haven't asked each one of them if they pity themselves? no. Our leaders need to stop kissing foreign asses and start providing jobs for the people..they rely on other countries too much making philippines look like a whore..they should provide microfunds for poor families to start small businesses..ur telling me that giving won't change anything? GREED wont change anything (gipitan mentality)!

  • I agree that our leaders have the power to improve things but the filipino people also play a role ya know. It's not just up to the government to wipe their asses for them. I'm constantly seeing filipinos favour brand name products over filipino-made products... how does that help the local economy?

  • well, we shouldn't limit the people on what they want to to invest in. not everybody is going to buy slippers. but, we're actually the ones wiping government asses because they always make mistakes, and we always forgive them. in other countries, some of these officials would disappear doing business the way they do

  • The philippines is such a huge producer of rice but then how comes we can't provide enough for our own people that we have to import more than we export? You can't blame only the people in power.

  • k, c dats wer u contradict urself cz rice IS actually D #1 cartel of d gov. dey monopolize d rice industry put'n investors from other countries 1st wen dey cud b tradin withn. d pipol r not actually complain'n about dat cz ders so much rice der. theyr actually complain'n dat prices went up. so while its an xtra pressure 4 dem 2 afford d 1-2 peso difference, its noth'n 4 investors in demand of it even durin recession. c, if d gov neva traded outsyd phils, our pipol wudnt hav 2 compete wit prices

I've been to Hong Kong once and tried to compared Manila to it, I saw a huge difference.

  • This is a view I will be seeing soon, going to Manila in April, I heard a lot about it , should be interesting.

I hope makauwi ulit ako dis december, sobrang saya kasi eh. To all the homesick pinoys i feel ur pain, wherever you go NOYPI ka pa rin.

  • I was filming once when landing in Bangkok and this retarded Thai stewardess shout at me for it.So I never fly Thailand airline again :D Always SINGAPORE AIR BABY!!!

  • Wait till the captain tells them to take their landing positions whatever that announcement is, and then you film. They cant be standing up 10 mins before landing...

Ive got landing vids in Singapore, Bangkok (Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi), Hong Kong, Shanghai, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Bali.. never got caught. I was using my digital camera so very discreet. and please dont use your mobile phones filming, ive seen some here who did its madness hehe

  • when i first saw this video, iyak ako ng iyak, kasi it reminded of the time that i went home last year (oct 2007) i stayed there for 6 months but i had to come back or else baka di na ako makapasok uli ng US (bwiset!) pag nakuha ko na citizenship ko..hehehehe pwde na ako magtagal ng manila!wooohooo!

  • prepare for the thefts

  • I think it's the Libingan ng mga Bayani...

  • thanks man.

  • hehehe

  • I went there a few months back, and liked it even though it was dirty, the people were nice. Also, it seemed expensive. Can anyone tell me where you can go in the Philippines that is not so expensive? Thanks!

  • expensive? where else do you travel on earth? as far as i know, singapore and japan has 4X the cost to buy a burger...

  • it takes a while to get used to the weather. its so hot,,

  • smooth landing

  • Gusto kong umuwi ng Pinas pero wala akong pera, iyak! iyak! iyak! maybe next two years i will go home.

  • Home sweet home!

  • para akong dinuduyan...inuugoy ng marahan

  • para akong dinuduyan...inuugoy ng marahan

  • Despite the unlikely view of the shanties and murky waters adjacent to the Centennial Airport, there isn't anything more important than meeting again your family back home. Mabuhay Pilipinas!

  • I had boarded PAL in my return flights to Singapore and US. I'm more than certain that our Filipino pilots are incomparably the best. The take off and landing maneuvers are smooth. My British (Singapore - Manchester) and Etihad Airways (Manila-Abu Dhabi)flight experiences appear rather novice when their pilots are compared with the Filipinos'.

  • chrisdullasgabriel Yes!!! indeed PAL PILOTS are the BEST!!!!!

  • When I was landing in Manila, I saw a countless number of churches. And wow I didn't see that highway before the landing strip. Interesting...LoL.

  • That is probably because depending on what airline you come in on...

Philippines Airline has its own airport, the rest of the air lines share the other airport. On top of that they have finished building another airport a bigger one, and its not in use... but it is planned to be in use soon...

  • sakay na!

  • i'll be there in about 8 days. Pinas d best.

  • Philippines..my Philippines. I feel so homesick now..(sigh)

  • This is cool, makes me want to pack my bags and go home! I miss the Philippines so much!

  • cool landing..i even not hear d sound of landing gear touching the ground..mabuhay OFW!

  • I just got back from there 3 days ago.. I miss it so much. I used to despise going there because of how much different it is from Hawaii. Im local born in Hawaii and its been the first time i have visited since i was 3 years old. No matter the economics people still survive and the families there area really close and strong. Regaurdless of the negatives in Manila, it is my root and I will always cherish that place. After College I hope to have a future there in Manila.

  • uwin a ako!

  • For those who have fear of flying like me there is no feeling greater than the sound of the landing gear touching the ground.

  • This is a question for every filipinos abroad...Do we all have the same thinking that we will all be coming back home...someday?? tell me if I am right coz I know know we all love our home land,we critisize that polluted and overcrowded Manila but as soon as we land on another country, we just can't help but say there's no place like home.I love Manila despite of everything.

  • I think most Filipinos abroad feel this way. We do love our country despite all its shortcomings because it is a part of us and is where we got our values. If given the choice, I think most Filipinos will want to go back. It's just that the economic circumstances prevent them from doing so.

  • yerah k miss pnas..khit every year ako umu uwi..lgi may pnagbago pnas..

  • true but its not only a matter of safety but also stability...

Tapos ung airport pa pag labas mo puro squatter agad. kaasar. hahaha!

  • actually, the view from the other side is much better, since that provides a great view of the ortigas and makati skyline, including Fort Bonifacio. Try looking for the video of that landing (I've already seen one here and it does look better with the skyscrapers of makati in the distance).

  • it's the view that gives you the feeling you are really home...

  • pulis2000... You are right... I live in houston pero i was born jaan sa pinas... I visited the Philippines this may 23- aug 17...

GOD BLESS THE PHILIPPINES!!! THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THR WORLD!!!

  • I recently came bck form my first time to the Philippines June-July 07 Whoa !!! I had a great time...i will go back soon March 08...check out my video/pics form my trip

  • Nice! Although the view of MM if you were landing via the other East to West runway is much better: you fly over Fort Bonafacio and get to see skylines of Makati and Ortigas: less squatters. The last time I went back, I txted my Cousin at while at customs in NAIA (who was came to collect me) about the traffic conditions on Coastal Road (as we would be going to Bacoor, Cavite on the way back) from seeing it on the plane beforehand LOL

  • God bless the Philippines!

  • hell yeah!!!

  • Oi Darius aka williethebandit - damn - you're really obsessed stalking Filipino videos, you frustrated musician tiger woods wannabe! kababayans - just keyword "peas manila" and see how this loser was put in his place - laughable pathetic unemployed scum. His picture is in this site called koreanromances and calls himself multi-racial, ashamed of being korean and thinks he's white. LOL

  • Welcome to our humble country! the Philippines! so friendly and warm and beautiful!

  • :( I got chills just remembering all the times I've landed in the PI and had the sense--"I'm home." lol I miss Pinas, truly do.

  • it would be better if you could hear the Flight attendant's voice in clear tagalog...wat a nice feeling esp. when your from overseas.

  • nakakamiss naman ang pinas..remember ko when our plane landed lahat ng tao napalakpakan, ang saya...hiiihih

  • i see squatters... wahaha

  • oh!!!! this vid make me homesick.

  • ayoko na dito sa canada...gusto ko nang umuwi, salamat na uuwi ako sa december talagang the best time to go...specially in new years =)

  • Miss ko na ang Pinas...

  • i hate the window wing side of the plane..nakakabingi! ang sakit sa tenga..

  • This is what airline????

  • wow . " worser " parang rap ko lang ah . " worser " ahaha . baka may " worsest " pa .

  • ang sarap talaga ng feeling! It may not be the best airport but a lot others are worser! Trere's no place like home...
