One of the best AMV's I've seen so far, although you might want to think about the font color in some places, it can get hard to read, and since you have a lot of text in there, why not have each character have a different font and color?

I've only seen a couple of Bleach episodes on Cartoon Network, but you make it look badass. Never been much of an anime fan except for anything Dragonball, and Ninja Scroll of course (who wouldn't love that?)  But this definitely makes me want to look into it. Love the AMV, but I have to agree with people that the subs are annoying. They're too hard to read (At least they are to me, and I'm red-green colorblind, so that might be why, but if it isn't me), so I might suggest using the white like at the end, or using some color as an outline
