If there's anyone among all the politicians that can get the ball rolling right now...it is Pres. Arroyo. She has the education and training to make changes and so far she seem to be doing alright. The economy seem to be gaining traction. I just hope her political parties and allies win the majority vote this coming election so she and her team can start working on propelling the economy forward with out any hindrance from the opposation.
