The British have shown they like this 4 member combination of Take That. If they bring back Robbie Williams, it will change the dynamic of the group and destroy exactly what the public liked about the new Take That. Robbie's ego is so big he will want to be the lead guy, the center of attention. If they bring Robbie back, they will regret that decision.
