Def Leppard is one of my fav bands. They can do something as hard and heavy as On thruogh the Night but something more melodic and comercial (in the good side of the word) like Hysteria. If you like one or another is just matter of taste. I like more they´re heavy side (that they take again in Retro Active) and for that reason I like more this live version (in Dormund), more rough, hard and "dirty", than the later ones. But both are great. Is just matter of taste.

Man this Dortmund Festival 1983 was one helluva lineup - Scorpions, Priest, Leppard, Quiet Riot, Maiden, Ozzy... Whew!! All pretty much at their peak too....

@shearn666 Meanwhile, over here in the U.S., there was a concert, held the same year, called the US Festival-which featured Motley Crue, Quiet Riot, Triumph, Ozzy, Judas Priest, the Scorpions, and Van Halen. It billed as "Heavy Metal Day." In my opinion, this was the U.S.' version or "answer" to England's "Monsters of Rock" festival!
