I manage to do 10 push ups, 10 of these, 20 burpees. Not bad for not being able to do a pushup this last august, and i'ma girl :)

in foot ball prqctice we have to fall fast and do a push up and get up fast and repeat 200 times

I do sets of 20 of these, 10 with one hand leading, then 10 with the other. Works great!
