Naked cycle on those guns is 4.25 seconds, so that looks ok. He's got a med cap booster fitted, so he's having powergrid issues. The only way I can find powergrid issues with a med cap booster is if he has 4 1600 plates. Coincidentally, 4 1600 plates and 3 trimarks is 59k armour at full skills. The thing doesn't do much damage, but that, 2 enams, and an exp hardener, is 108kEHP

There's a damage control on the right side of his neocom.

The guns are firing every ~4 seconds, which is the NAKED cycle time of mega pulse IIs.

The Drakes are barely moving, and he's minimising transversal, and firing fucking mega pulses. Crits are going to happen.

I'm assuming you have less than 10 millions skillpoints?

Reserved for Capital Pilots? LOL. They are usually used by Amor tanking Supercapital Pilots (Nyx/Aeon, Avatar/Erebus), defo not by Cap Pilots and often used in High and Low Sec warfare since noone can bubble your pod.

They're only good to use to piss away good bullet money, unless you're using T1 laser crystals. If I find a Drake in the wild, I warp off. Never once has a good fight specifically involved a Drake.

Also you type like shit, and a shield Harbinger is a fucking awful idea.

I'll just say, you shouldn't make assumptions. I spent 18 months fighting BOB in IAC. I quit mostly because I didn't have the time. FPS are much more casual so suit me better these days.

Was usually when trying to rat that a cruiser (was a faction I think, was fitted so I couldn't hope to hit it and my tank was obviously for the ratting), bad luck mostly there really.

I gave up on this game many years ago now, FPS is much more my sport. Take care.
