The Govt decides who should be here that is the reason we have laws. If people like Cindy had her way we would have open borders and we would be flooded by millions of new people. Schools would be over run. There will not be enough housing. There will not be enough jobs. Natural resources like water would end up being rationed. That is why we have immigration laws so this country wont become another China or India with a billion plus people.

@Randomxxx10 these students are not demanding citizenship, the Dream act would give them a 10 YEAR period in which they would have to not commit any crimes and demonstrate good moral character. After the 10 YEAR period they would be able to apply for citizenship. Eventually they do deserve citizenship since this is the only country they know and love.
