They both sound great here and are very cute together. Fortunately I had a chance to see them both not long after this in NYC...Ms. von Otter's concert of Berlioz's Damnation of Faust @ Carnegie and Mr. Hampson as a baritone Werther @ the Met. See opera artists as soon as you can so you don't miss them. Their great voices don't last too long. I say the same re: baseball players...e.g. If you didn't see the great Roger Clemens pitch for the Yankees or Red Sox, you can't now as he retired.

I loved the singing, it was wonderful. In this sort of a venue could there be more acting to show what the words are saying? Or would that be over the top?
